Student volunteers with service motive can join in Rovers’ crew and Rangers’ team. 24 volunteers can be enrolled in each team. They work under the supervision of teachers under the auspices of Orissa State Bharat Scouts and Guides. Rover is meant for Boy students and Ranger is meant for Girl students.
